I boosted engagement, acquisition, and retention through creative strategies in a global team, developing 360 campaigns and both print and digital solutions including OOH, direct mail and on-site landing pages. At the same time, I also designed and developed the BAU creative output for the UK market, enhancing the brand's presence from data-informed decisions across their social, CRM and email platforms.
