HelloFresh UK - Graphic Designer

April 2022 - January 2023

I boosted engagement, acquisition, and retention through creative strategies in a global team, developing 360 campaigns and both print and digital solutions including OOH, direct mail and on-site landing pages. At the same time, I also designed and developed the BAU creative output for the UK market, enhancing the brand's presence from data-informed decisions across their social, CRM and email platforms.

I contributed to shaping a strong brand for a prescription skincare company. I worked alongside the marketing and growth teams, playing a key role in refining successful ad campaigns and content strategies. I created impactful materials for marketing across 11 markets, with a focus on CRM, social media, and print. I enhanced CRM design processes, improved social media creation skills, and actively contributed to the entire creative process alongside cross-functional teams.
